Taraflar ve Kapsam

Bu Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), Time Towins platformu ("Platform") ile platformu kullanan gerçek kişi ("Kullanıcı") arasında akdedilmektedir. Kayıt olarak veya platformu kullanmaya başlayarak bu Sözleşme'nin tüm şartlarını okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.

Bu sözleşme, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş olup uyuşmazlıklar için Türk mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Platformun Amacı

Time Towins, kullanıcıların çeşitli oyunlar oynayarak ve görevler tamamlayarak puan kazanabildiği ve bu puanların platforma ait aylık net kâr havuzunun %75'i ile orantılı olarak değer taşıdığı bir kazanç platformudur.

  • Puan değeri, aylık net kâr ve platform üzerindeki toplam puana göre belirlenir.
  • Puan değeri saatlik güncellenir ve garanti edilmez.
  • Ödemeler her ayın sonunda admin onayı ile gerçekleştirilir.

Üyelik Şartları

Platforma üye olmak için:

  • 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmanız gerekmektedir.
  • Her gerçek kişi adına yalnızca bir hesap açılabilir.
  • Gerçek ve doğru bilgilerle kayıt yapılmalıdır.
  • Bu Sözleşme ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olmanız gerekmektedir.
Birden fazla hesap açmak, sahte kimlik kullanmak veya bot/otomasyon araçları ile puan kazanmaya çalışmak, hesabın kalıcı olarak kapatılmasına ve birikmiş puanların iptali ile yasal işlem başlatılmasına neden olabilir.

Puan Sistemi ve Kazanım

Puanlar aşağıdaki yollarla kazanılabilir:

  • Platform üzerindeki oyunlarda görev tamamlayarak.
  • Günlük görevleri ve sosyal medya görevlerini tamamlayarak.
  • Referans sistemi aracılığıyla aktif kullanıcı davet ederek.
  • Bağlı oyun hesaplarından puan aktarımı yaparak.

Puanlar nakit değil; platforma ait kâr havuzundaki oransal bir payı temsil eder. Puan değeri ve ödeme garantisi verilmemektedir.

Çekim ve Ödemeler
  • Çekim talepleri her ayın sonunda admin tarafından incelenerek işleme alınır.
  • Minimum çekim limiti admin tarafından belirlenir ve değişebilir.
  • Ödemeler banka havalesi veya kripto para birimleri aracılığıyla yapılır.
  • Hatalı ödeme bilgisi girilmesi halinde doğacak kayıplar kullanıcıya aittir.
  • Şüpheli veya hileli görülen talepler incelemeye alınabilir ve geciktirilebilir.
Platform, herhangi bir kâr dağıtımını garanti etmez. Aylık kâr olmadığı dönemlerde puan değeri sıfır olabilir.

Referans Sistemi Kuralları
  • Her kullanıcı yalnızca bir kez referans kodu girebilir.
  • İki kullanıcı birbirini karşılıklı olarak referans gösteremez.
  • Referans puanları, referans edilen kullanıcının aktif olarak puan üretmesi koşuluna bağlıdır.
  • Sahte referans zincirleri oluşturmak yasak olup tespit edilmesi halinde hesaplar kapatılır.

Yasaklı Davranışlar

Aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır:

  • Birden fazla hesap oluşturmak.
  • Bot, makro veya otomasyon yazılımı kullanmak.
  • Platformu aldatmak amacıyla sistem açıklarını istismar etmek.
  • Başkalarının hesaplarına izinsiz erişim sağlamak.
  • Diğer kullanıcılara karşı hakaret, tehdit veya taciz içerikli iletişim kurmak.
  • Platformun güvenliğini tehdit edecek herhangi bir eylemde bulunmak.

Hesap Askıya Alma ve Sonlandırma

Platform, aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabı askıya alma veya kalıcı olarak kapatma hakkını saklı tutar:

  • Bu Sözleşme'nin ihlali.
  • Hileli işlem tespiti.
  • Yasal yükümlülükler.
  • Platform güvenliğine yönelik tehditler.

Hesap kapatma durumunda birikmiş ve henüz çekilmemiş puanlar iptal edilebilir.

Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Platform aşağıdaki durumlardan sorumlu tutulamaz:

  • Teknik arızalar, sunucu kesintileri veya internet bağlantısı sorunları.
  • Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinden (Firebase, Google) kaynaklanan sorunlar.
  • Kripto para fiyat dalgalanmalarından kaynaklanan değer kayıpları.
  • Kullanıcının hatalı ödeme bilgisi girmesinden kaynaklanan kayıplar.
  • Kullanıcının hesap güvenliğini sağlamamasından doğan zararlar.

Değişiklikler

Platform bu Sözleşme'yi önceden bildirmeksizin değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler platform üzerinden duyurulacaktır. Değişiklikten sonra platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel sözleşmeyi kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

İletişim ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

Sözleşmeye ilişkin uyuşmazlıklarda öncelikle platform destek birimi ile iletişime geçilmesi beklenmektedir. Çözüme kavuşturulamayan uyuşmazlıklarda Türk mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between the Time Towins platform ("Platform") and the natural person using the platform ("User"). By registering or starting to use the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Purpose of the Platform

Time Towins is an earning platform where users can earn points by playing various games and completing tasks. These points carry a proportional share of 75% of the platform's monthly net profit pool.

  • Point value is determined based on the monthly net profit and total points on the platform.
  • Point value updates hourly and is not guaranteed.
  • Payments are processed at the end of each month upon admin approval.

Membership Requirements

To register on the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Only one account may be created per real person.
  • Registration must be completed with accurate and truthful information.
  • You must have accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Creating multiple accounts, using fake identities, or attempting to earn points through bots or automation tools may result in permanent account closure, cancellation of accumulated points, and potential legal action.

Point System and Earning

Points can be earned through:

  • Completing tasks in platform games.
  • Completing daily tasks and social media tasks.
  • Inviting active users via the referral system.
  • Transferring points from linked game accounts.

Points are not cash; they represent a proportional share of the platform's profit pool. No guarantee is given regarding point value or payment.

Withdrawals and Payments
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by an admin at the end of each month.
  • The minimum withdrawal limit is set by the admin and is subject to change.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
  • Losses resulting from incorrect payment information are the user's responsibility.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent requests may be subject to review and delays.
The platform does not guarantee any profit distribution. Point value may be zero in months with no profit.

Referral System Rules
  • Each user may enter a referral code only once.
  • Two users cannot mutually refer each other.
  • Referral points are contingent on the referred user actively earning points.
  • Creating fake referral chains is prohibited and accounts will be closed upon detection.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Using bots, macros, or automation software.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities to deceive the platform.
  • Accessing other users' accounts without authorization.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward other users.
  • Any action that threatens the security of the platform.

Account Suspension and Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Detection of fraudulent activity.
  • Legal obligations.
  • Threats to platform security.

Upon account closure, accumulated and uncollected points may be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

The platform cannot be held responsible for:

  • Technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
  • Issues arising from third-party services (Firebase, Google).
  • Value losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
  • Losses resulting from incorrect payment information entered by the user.
  • Damages arising from the user's failure to secure their account.

Changes

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Changes will be announced on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Contact and Dispute Resolution

For disputes related to these Terms, users are expected to first contact the platform's support team. Unresolved disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
